About the Altar
A governing place of covenant intercession.
What Is the Altar
A spiritual meeting point where covenant is defended, heaven’s order is declared, and God’s original design for marriage is contended for through prayer.
At The Beautiful Design, the altar is an active watch, a continual offering lifted before the Lord on behalf of kingdom marriages across nations and generations.
Our Vision
To raise an altar that burns continually unto the Lord for kingdom marriages, partnering with Him to establish His kingdom within the unions of His sons and daughters.
Our Mission
To contend for the restoration of God’s original design for marriage. Through intercession, we stand in the gap for homes and covenant unions across nations and generations, until Christ is enthroned at the center again.
Scripture Foundation
“This is a great mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church.” — Ephesians 5:32
Marriage is a living picture of Christ and His Church — God’s beautiful design revealed in covenant love.
The Call to Intercession
The Lord seeks men and women who will raise their voices and declare His will over marriages.
Intercessors who understand authority.
Watchers who understand stewardship.
Believers who will not grow weary in standing for the covenant.
A Global Mandate
We are a global ministry of intercessors lifting our voices before the Lord for every marriage — regardless of race, tribe, or tongue.
The altar is not bound by geography.
It burns across nations.
It stands across generations.
The Olive Branch
The olive branch in our emblem is more than a design element. It is a prophetic symbol that captures the heart of The Beautiful Design. Throughout Scripture, the olive tree and its oil represent peace, healing, covenant, and the abiding presence of the Holy Spirit. When the dove returned to Noah carrying an olive branch, it carried a message of hope. The storm was over and a new beginning had come. This is the message we speak over every marriage we pray for.
What the Olive Branch Represents in Our Ministry
· Peace Restored. God’s desire is for His peace to reign in every home. The olive branch reminds us that peace is always possible through Him.
· Healing & Restoration. Olive oil in Scripture symbolizes healing. We intercede for emotional, spiritual, and relational healing to flow into marriages.
· The Holy Spirit. Olive oil represents the anointing, God’s empowering presence. We rely on the Holy Spirit to breathe life, wisdom, and renewal into every home.
· Covenant & Endurance. The olive tree lives long and thrives in difficult conditions. It mirrors God’s faithfulness and the enduring strength of covenant love.
· Hope & New Beginnings. Just as the olive branch signaled a fresh start in Noah’s day, we believe God can rewrite any story and bring beauty out of brokenness.
Why It Matters
The olive branch in our logo is a declaration:
God still mends. God still heals. God still restores.
Marriage remains His beautiful design - and through prayer, every home can experience the peace and glory He intended from the beginning.
